Minimum security requirements

To use 25Live Group Administration, a user's security group must have sufficient permission. Ensure that a group has 1.0 - Group Administration enabled in the Tools Access tab.

Some functionality requires additional permissions:

Edit SecurityAdmin 15.0 - Change Security Configurations
Edit MembersNo additional permission required
Edit ConfigurationAdmin 16.0 - Update User Group Configurations and Preferences
Edit Assignment PolicyAdmin 9.5 - Set Location Assignment Policy

To Sign in and Access Group Administration

  1. Sign in to 25Live Pro using your administrator credentials.
  2. Select Groups from the "Go To Tool" section of the More menu.
