- “Construct using Building and Room Codes” if you want the location assignments in the SIS represented in 25Live as Building Code or Building Description <building delimiter> Room Code. This setting must be selected to use your Translate SIS Building Codes data translation (see Translate SIS Building Codes) and translation and to specify the Building Delimiter setting below.
- “Use Facility ID” if you want the location assignment Facility ID identified in the SIS to be the location assignment in 25Live. This setting must be selected to use your SIS Facility ID’s to 25Live Locations translation (see SIS Facility ID’s to 25Live Locations translation).
Select the character you want used to separate building code and room code in the 25Live location names of imported rooms. It's generally recommended that you use a single blank space as the delimiter, but if you have building codes which include the room name you should use something else. For example, if you have a location in 25Live named BLDG C 102 and your delimiter is a single space, LYNX can't tell whether the building code is BLDG C and the room number 102, or the building code is BLDG and room number is C 102. In this case, you should separate them with another character; for example, BLDG C*102.
- “No” if you don’t want SIS location requirements added as 25Live Event Categories on import.
- “Yes” if you do want SIS location requirements added as 25Live Event Categories on import. This setting is useful if you want to be able to search sections by their requested features, since 25Live allows searching by categories but not by preferences. This setting must be set to “Yes” to use your SIS Location Requirements to 25Live Event Categories data translation (see SIS Location Requirements to 25Live Event Categories translation).
